I cannot agree with "closed" status. MCHANGES-175 and MCHANGES-60 are different
cases.
Real problem is in invalid java code with incorrect or deprecated login
algorithm to ssl site.
Attached solution in AbstractJiraDownloader.java is very easy patch and should
be merged with main code.
