The method {{LegacyRepositorySystem#injectProxy(List<ArtifactRepository>,
List<Proxy>)}} doesn't evaluate non-proxy host settings.
Effect: When using this mehtod, each repository will be configured with a
proxy, even if the related host is excluded via the {{<nonProxyHosts />}} tag
in the _settings.xml_.
