According to
http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/0.95/embedding.html#multithreading
They are attempting to be threadsafe, and AFAIK we are not using the parts with
known problems.
Although I have not performed a structured concurrency review of doxia yet, the
parts I have seen seem ok.
