In the
http://maven.apache.org/enforcer/enforcer-rules/requirePluginVersions.html is a
typo for the property unCheckedPluginList.
In the list and the example you write "unCheckedPluginsList" - the 's' is too
much - it should be "unCheckedPluginList".
