While trying to diagnose why a newly generated index cannot be downloaded
property, Indexer merely prints a {{FileNotFoundException}} stack trace for the
old {{*.zip}} variant of the index - not useful since there is no old-format
index, just a new {{*.gz}} index. With the attached patch, the true problem
({{Not in GZIP format}}) is revealed.
