suppose parent descriptor has following breacrumb items:
A > B > C > D > E > F
I want a child to remove D > E > F and replace with M > N > O
A > B > C > M > N > O
To do that, that child should define C > M > N > O
C is found in parent breadcrumb items, then we can delete the following parent
items then add following child items
