Sadly, the IT for the aggregate goal does not check that there is any useful
content in the file xref/index.html. It checks that individual html files are
created for individual classes, but that's all. In fact, the front page is
*empty*. Simply looking at xref/index.html from the aggregate IT is all you
need to demonstrate this.
