The Maven Surefire Report Plugin version 2.10 "report" goal also generates a
duplicate report name and description, where both the Surefire report and the
Failsafe report use the same report name ("Surefire Report") and description. A
simple test case is attached containing the configuration that can be used to
duplicate this problem, as well as the generated site that demonstrates the
problem.
