The copy-dependencies goal does not respect the {{<exclusions>}} list for a
dependency and copies even excluded dependencies. Not sure whether this is
intentional or not, so marking as a bug (perhaps this should be an
enhancement?).
If a transitive dependency is excluded it should not be copied.
