I don't think it should be called {{doxiaTimestamp}} (it has nothing to do with
Doxia) and I'd prefer to show it by default.
I'd prefer to use something like {{skipCurrentDate}} or {{skipGenerationDate}}
And if this value is not {{true}}, you can't detect which version of Doxia was
used. (it's not always available, but that's because it is only provided with
the most recent version of Doxia)
