I'm missing the line where you specified the release version for {{"Apache
OpenWebBeans"}}. If this was {{j}} I can imagine these results. The plugin will
use this value for the tag and it will try to calculate the next version. Based
on {{j}} that's hard to do, so the plugin uses the default 1.0-SNAPSHOT as the
original development version. So the new development version would be
1.1-SNAPSHOT.
