This is because {{URI.create}} does not handle spaces. Using {{new
File(path).toURI()}} instead fixes this bug. The {{GitAddCommand}} and
{{GitCheckInCommand}} should also be affected, though I haven't tested it. I've
attached a patch which fixes all occurrences.
