The classloader isolation in surefire is not very good. The separation between
"provider" and "test" does not really work since the provider cannot load any
classes that will be present in the test classloader. this has been solved with
extensive shading, but it also means the entire separation of
provider-classloader vs test classloader is somewhat useless
