Maven downloads the dependencies one-by-one on http. SPDY offers bidirectional
multiplexing over the same TCP connection. It improves the connection
efficiency. Since many maven users are using repository manager such as Nexus,
the server can have SPDY support easily. Still maven needs to have SPDY support
on http-wagon or a new http-spdy-wagon.
