The resulting report seems to generate fine. The reported error set is
extraordinarily large.
A workaround for removing the errors exists if the file location can be moved
to the end of the URL.
instead of:
<displayFileDetailUrl>http://myscmwebenterface/?f=%FILE%</displayFileDetailUrl>
use:
<displayFileDetailUrl>http://myscmwebenterface/?f=</displayFileDetailUrl>
And the file location will be automatically appended to the end of the URL.
