if you look at the menu on left, you''l see that it is kept as an online
example, to let users discover changes report rendering
the content of the changes.xml could probably be enhanced to better show that
it is only an example, and not the effective maven-changes-plugin's changes
report: if the sentences weren't about a plugin, for example, it would be
clearer IMHO
but definitely, the report is useful as end-user documentation
