o.a.m.doxia.sink package should only contain classes from doxia-sink-api:
http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-archives/doxia-1.5/doxia-sink-api/apidocs/index.html
but doxia-core has a lot of classes in this package for historical reason:
http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-archives/doxia-1.5/doxia-core/apidocs/org/apache/maven/doxia/sink/package-frame.html
moving these classes will require updating every module to extend from classes
in the new package, then will be easy but binary incompatible
so we need to wait Doxia 2 to make such a change
