deploy-file requires the parameter url to be set. Please reflect that in the
documentation at
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-deploy-plugin/deploy-file-mojo.html. And
although repositoryId is mentioned as being a required parameter, the goal does
not fail with a reasonable error if that parameter is not set.
