(was: No, it's not. You have shredded the Portuguese file again. Properties
spec requires files to be in ISO 8859-1. All other characters must be provided
in Unicode escapes. This is what I have done for that one file with
{{native2ascii}}. You have reverted it back to UTF-8 and this is deemed to
fail. Converting from UTF-8 to ISO 8859-1 is deemed to fail too bacause that
charset contains a ridiculously small amount of chars. Please read
[this|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.properties#Format] and revert that single
file. The rest is fine with the new MIME type and contains valid chars.)
