When called from the commandline, you always need to use the *User property*,
i.e {{mdep.copyPom}} (see
[copy-dependencies-mojo.html#copyPom|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/copy-dependencies-mojo.html#copyPom])
