Most IDEs have a much stronger way to handle including auto-completion
Anyhow I wouldn't use the dependency plugin for this purpose.
You might consider
[Forge|http://forge.jboss.org/addon/org.jboss.forge.addon:projects] which was
designed for this purpose.
