When working remotely it is not uncommon to have transient network issues that
cause the site:deploy goal to fail.
When the site is being uploaded as part of a time consuming multi-module
release these failures are very annoying - and it means the whole release
process needs to be started again.
It would be great if the site:deploy mojo added support to retry a configurable
number of times in the face of an error - like the deploy:deploy mojos does
with retryFailedDeploymentCount
