plexus-archiver is now based on commons-compress. Although I'm not going to say
"wont fix" on this issue, there is an abstraction gap between commons compress
and plexus-archiver that would need to be replaced. As far as I can see commons
compress does not supply the necessary features to be a 1:1 replacement
