I have moved this to MSCMPUB for two reasons:
1. The issue is caused when SCM publication is used
2. The deployment URL is different in structure compared to the browsable URL
This issue affects all our components which have following in their {{site.xml}}
{code:xml}
<menu ref="parent" />
{code}
Astoundingly, the breadcrumb in generated correct.
Maybe this should be better placed with Doxia but i have no idea what component
generated the actual links for the {{site.vm}}.
