Hervé, I understand your point. I had a lengthly discussion about this with 
Robert and Jason in MJAVADOC-310. The outcome was a) that it is not good that 
plugins know about each other and b) interpolated default properties aren't 
written back to the model, so the model is incomplete. Check related issues. 
This change was made on purpose. Please check those issues and share your 
opinion.
