currently {{org.apache.maven.plugin.tools.model}}
would be more consistent to have
{{org.apache.maven.tools.plugin.extractor.model}} since this desxcriptor is
used to configure extractor (Ant and any other that could require it)
and since it's internal, it won't change anything for end-users
