It looks to be a short cut to get around the idea that stout is "header only",
when it's clearly not. Also b/c libprocess is the 1st compilation unit that
needs the dependencies for linkage.
IMHO stout should be subsumed by libprocess and remove the header only idea for
compilation sake.
