It's possible that an operator specifies different containerizers via
--isolation= (pre 0.20.0) or --containerizers= (post 0.20.0) across different
runs of the "same" slave, which means some containers can be orphaned. Which
containerizers are used should be recorded on disk for the slave to recover and
verify.
