Design document looks great [~vinodkone]! Thanks for the clarity and
completeness. One thing that seemed outstanding, what's the plan for Phase #4?
There will likely be concurrent work on adding multiple roles to FrameworkInfo,
and we'll probably want to be able to both add and remove roles, so we'll need
to support what you called 'Option #5', has that been designed?
