[~adam-mesos] ^ thoughts here, as it hits your framework-library point.  Right 
now, both Aurora and Marathon have their own constraint mechanics, and to be 
frank, I'm not really in love with either of them.

If we were to create a toolkit/library that made constraints both easy and 
possibly extensible, I think that would be a win for everyone.
