Resolution: Not a Problem
This is an artifact of how 'make dist' works in auto tools. It has nothing to
do with Mesos.
For Jenkins jobs that do 'make dist', the cleanup has to be done by a script
with root permissions (e.g., sudo chown and rm -rf).
