Description:
Mesos release 0.21.0 will include the following major feature(s):
- Provide state reconciliation for frameworks.

Possible features to include:
- Isolation of system directories (/tmp) for Mesos containers
[(MESOS-1586)|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-1586]
- Expose reason for TASK_KILLED
[(1930)|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-1930]
This ticket will be used to track blockers to this release.
