Description:
Creating this test showed that sometimes, if the master is fast enough, two
slaves will be assigned the same (MESOS-2354).
While the test failure is unrelated to the code it intends to test; it does
need a workaround so the failure doesn't happen as long as MESOS-2354 is open.
