One important fact about both {{stats.json}}: They are being deprecated in
favor of the new libprocess metrics endpoint (MESOS-2058).
On that subject, is the intension for the {{metrics/snapshots}} endpoint to
hold the highly volatile data whereas {{state.json}} holds (or will at some
point only hold) static data?
