post-reviews should be changed to review board tools. Specifically:
List item 3:
"First, install post-review. See Instructions"
See Instructions link should also redirect to:
https://www.reviewboard.org/docs/rbtools/dev/
instead of:
https://www.reviewboard.org/docs/manual/dev/users/tools/post-review/
AND
List item 5:
"From your local branch run support/post-reviews.py."
The run command should be changed to: rbt post
