a) ContainerId will be visible in every Docker-related tool you use on a slave,
therefor I wouldn't call it necessarily an internal implementation detail.
b) All the other "internal" Mesos IDs (for example Executor ID) are already
part of the StatusUpdate message returned to the Framework. Not really sure why
that containerId can't get returned also, anything special you are trying to
hide, safe-guard.
