Mesos slaves can put themselves into a cgroup (via the
--slave_subsystems=memory,cpuacct), which provides visibility into the slave's
resource usage (exposed via the metrics endpoint). It would be great if the
Master could do this too -- it would allow us to easily observe the master's
resource usage over time.
