[~nekto0n], take look at these JIRAs for the current proposal around graceful
shutdown: [MESOS-1571], [MESOS-1773]. What are your use cases for graceful
shutdown timeout? Could you please elaborate on what exactly you expect or
would like to see (in relevant JIRAs)?
