Description: Once the pre-C\+\+11 codepaths are removed,
{{<stout/tuple.hpp>}} becomes useless. Remove it and switch the instances of
{{tuples::}} to {{std::}}. (was: Once the pre-C\+\+11 codepaths are removed,
{{<stout/memory.hpp>}} becomes useless. Remove it and switch the instances of
{{memory::}} to {{std::}}.)
