As of right now the styleguide does not allow explicitly defaulted functions
(being a c++ 11 feature).
They enhance readability, are supported by all relevant compiler (GCC 4.4+ and
Clang 3.0+), and are introduced by some patches (e.g.
https://reviews.apache.org/r/34277/).
Therefore we should officially whitelist them in the styleguide.
