stout/net.hpp and process/http.hpp offer overlapping functionality that could
be consolidated in one place, presumably the latter, since it is more elaborate
to begin with. This would also remove the dependency of the former on libcurl.
While we are at it, we could then turn net::contentLength() into a generalized,
asynchronous process::http::head() call.
(Prerequisite: MESOS-2247, with the suggestion to enhance process::http, not
stout, see a comment in that JIRA.)
