[~baotiao] I don't have a clear though about how to implent it yet, but I agree
with [~timchen] that this can be implemented as a mesos module.
BTW I have updated the priority of this ticket to "major" instead of
"crticial", because it's not a necessity that affects all users of mesos. I do
see that being able to limit the cpu/disk usage could be really helpful for
companies which provide a public PaaS based on mesos , but for those who only
use mesos as an internal platform this is not that necessary.
