[~lins05] Cody's on vacation right now, but I know he's been busy lately and
wouldn't mind if you took over this JIRA and took these patches across the
finish line.
Check out the more recent patches ("Commits on Apr 11, 2015") in the 'etcd'
branch of benh's github:
https://github.com/benh/mesos/commits/etcd
You'll want to rebase those changes on top of the latest true master, then
split into separate patches as appropriate and post them to reviewboard.
