[~baotiao] Yeah, the two are basically the same thing, let's close that one
since we have more detailed discussion here.
BTW I am currently working on [MESOS-1806], and I plan to start working on this
ticket from next week, so if you need this ticket done urgently, feel free to
take it and assign it to yourself.
