CLI. The patchset was too much Python to find a reviewer/shepherd, so it was
eventually discarded: https://reviews.apache.org/r/24469/
There was recent discussion of removing the Mesos CLI (and maybe even GUI) from
the main Mesos repo, and putting it in a separate repo, e.g.
github.com/mesos/cli so that the community can improve it with a different
pace/oversight. If that's the case, this ticket should be closed ("won't fix")
and another ticket opened for removing the CLI from the Mesos repo.
