We have a use-case in Aurora where we'd like the executor to generate static
html pages that can be served directly by the master, saving us from having to
allocate a port and run our own webserver from the task. Right now we only
have the "pailer" which allows us to tail files and download links. We'd like
for an endpoint that serves files with proper mime types.
