Pointing to an external ZK cluster
For a prototype cluster, I often find duplicate registrations of frameworks,
i.e. the same framework is registered multiple times into Mesos. That often
duplicates the tasks running.
E.g. today, I see this:

In this instance, chronos is registered 3 times, twice with the same master. At
other instances, I have seen marathon registered multiple times.
