Hey [~karya] – I took a look at your patch. Although it bumps the libnl3
requirement, I don't think it resolves (or necessarily relates) to this issue.
I'd imagine this ticket would create a configuration option for the user to
specify the path to the libnl3 headers, just like {{--with-svn}}, etc.
Therefore, I think doc'ing the workaround for the 0.23.0 release is still a
good idea, until the configure script no longer hard-codes {{LIBNL_CFLAGS}}.
