In order to maintain compatibility with existent versions of Mesos, as well as
to prove the flexibility of the generalized {{mesos::Authorizer}} design, the
current authorization mechanism through ACL definitions needs to run under the
updated interface without any changes being noticeable by the current
authorization users.
