I submit a simple patch here:
https://reviews.apache.org/r/36185/diff/1#index_header . Don't contains test
now because I am not sure current patch match [~tnachen][~baotiao] requirements
or not. And I also have some questions here:
* Use slavePreLaunchDockerHook as hook name?
* Which parameters should we pass to this hook? Current patch I seems to pass a
lot of parameters.
